From Business 2.0 comes the Bottom Feeder's Business Plan. It looks like Pud of FuckedCompany.com is setting himself up to be, well, fucked. He's starting to charge for enhanced acess to his site. Don't worry, though, what you've been getting from there is still there for free it's just the archives and the raw data that he's charging for.

Oh, the irony of it all as the Record Industry Plays Both Sides. Now that MP3.com is paying RIAA members for streaming music to MP3.com's customers that have already paid for the music and Napster has been neutered the members of RIAA is looking to see who they can screw next. How about those pesky music publishers?

Oh, the irony of it.Record Industry Plays Both Sides. It appears that the biggest problem RIAA members have with MP3.com and Napster is that they didn't do it first.

Pardon the lack of postings to my journal. Things are picking up at work and at home and I'm just having a hard time setting aside any time for journaling. I'm also trying to get a handle on CSS2 and XML. I'd like to switch over to a standards based website so I'm looking at how difficult this task might be. Anyway, Flutterby is sporting a minor cosmetic makeover with a major makeover of the underlying system. Take a look at what Dan has been doing with it.
